The United States saw an increase of 20.8 percent in sales to 336,644 units. This was comparable with the pre- coronavirus 2019. The X line of BMW models accounted for 60% of all sales in the United States last year. The combined sales of Mini and BMW in Europe grew by 3.9 percent. The overall sales of the BMW M will be boosted by the iX M60, i4 M50 and i4 M50 in 2022.

It is worth noting that Mercedes-Benz sold 2.05 million vehicles worldwide last year and lost its premium segment crown for only the fifth time in five years. The Stuttgart-based automaker doesn’t include Smart or the Mercedes Vans division.
