The Lamborghini HuracanSTO can be used as a road-legal racing car. Its price is what makes it stand out in the Huracan range. The starting price in the United States is $327,838. The Huracan STO is the most expensive Huracan, surpassing the Huracan Performante.
For one-percents, the sticker price is negligible. This is the right price if you are in the market. Supercar Roger Dubuis, a Swiss watchmaker, wants you to take a look at the Excalibur Spider Huracan ST.
The Huracan STO’s Blue Laufey, California Orange, and California Orange colors were launched with the Excalibur. It features an automatic RD630 calibre with a honeycomb motif that Roger Dubuis designed specifically for the Excalibur with Lamborghini Squadra Corse. The movement is a combination of a 12-degree-angled balance wheels and a 360-degree oscillating weigh.
The upper caliber’s strut-bar bridge is reminiscent of the V10 Huracan engine. It is housed in a carbon case with black DLC titanium bezel and rubber inlays. Even though the case back was inspired by Lamborghini Huracan’s wheels, it did not adopt the STO’s wheel design.
Only 88 units will be made of the Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracan STO. These watches can be ordered at the boutiques. What is the price? The price? $56,500, which is about a fifth the Huracan STO’s price and close to the range of a base Chevrolet Corvette C8.
Although we are not in agreement with the price tag for a timepiece of this size, it isn’t an issue for Huracan STO’s target audience.
