The EV is available in a dark mode, with orange accents.
The E-Tron GT Audi sedans and RS E-Tron GT e-cars are getting a lot of attention, but Audi also offers the E-Tron SUV. The E-Tron Sportback and regular flavors are available. However, the new Black Edition pack is being added to the E-Tron’s S Line Etron models. Pre-sales began in Germany and other European markets, according to the company.
The Black Edition looks just like every other model, but with black trim both inside and outside to make it more sinister. The E-Tron gets a black Singleframe grille and black Audi and E-Tron badges. There are also black side-mirror caps. Audi swaps in 21-inch black tires that are a bit more colorful thanks to orange brake calipers. This color also finds its way inside. Audi tints the rear windows. The E-Tron Black Edition comes in Chronos grey, Glacier white and Mythos Black.
The black sport seats are accented with orange contrast stitching. This is also used for the armrests. Bright seatbelts make the interior stand out thanks to their bright color. The new Dinamica material, a microfiber made of 45 percent recycled polyester, is used for the seat and door inlays. Audi offers interiors in Valcona leather.
Both the E-Tron fifty Quattro (230 kilowatts) and E-Tron 55 quattro (55 kW) models can be purchased with the Black Edition package. The 55 produces 402 horsepower (300 kW) while the 50 has 308 horsepower (230 Kilowatts). This package is only available in Europe at the moment and costs EUR2,250 ($2,755) more than the standard E-Tron S Line. The 50-package starts at EUR79.350 ($97.188), while the 55 is slightly more expensive at EUR91.750 ($112,376).
