Enjoy This Porsche Carrera GT In Turquoise on The Road

It looks amazing on the Porsche supercar.

The Porsche Carrera GT is the last of the old-school supercars made by the brand, unless something unexpected happens. This car does not have forced induction or hybridization. Instead, the V10’s naturally-aspirated 5.7-liter V10 is located in the middle of the chassis. The driver controls the six-speed manual gearbox. The unique Turquoise Green Metallic body makes this one extra special.

This Carrera GT looks amazing in the blue-green color. The blue-green color gives the car an elegant appearance while not making it obvious that this is a seven figure machine. It adds contrast to the silver color of the nacelles.

This video shows the weather getting cold. The driver therefore keeps the removable roof panel in place. Even though the Carrera GT looks great without the roof panel, there is something that makes it stand out when it is completely open.

The video does not give a good view of the cabin. We see that the dashboard is light brown and has lots of brushed metal trim.

This video features the engine as the main star. The V10 produces 603 horsepower (450 Kilowatts) as well as 435 pound-feet (590 Newton meters). Peak power is at 8,000 rpm and the redline at 8,400 are at 8.400 rpm. The engine revs fast and produces a distinctive howling sound, which is becoming more rare in modern cars.

Carrera GT heavily uses lightweight materials, and especially carbon fiber. The car weighs just 3,042 pounds (1.380 kilograms).

At the 2000 Paris Motor Show, the concept for the Carrera GT was unveiled. This one was powered by a V10 5.5-liter engine. The first deliveries in the USA began in 2004.

Porsche produced just 1,270 examples the Carrera GT. They can be easily sold for more than $1 million if they come up for sale.
