The Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series is based on the new, refreshed C-Class.
Here are some spy photos of the Mercedes-Benz 2012 Mercedes C63 AMG Black Series, which we spotted for the first time on the Nurburgring circuit.
This prototype is based upon the facelifted C Class, which debuted earlier in the year. It is wearing a Black Series body kit that includes wider wheel wells because the car rolls on larger rims. The standard C63AMG engine packs extra horsepower.
AMG’s 6.3-liter (6208cc), V8 engine will power the C-Class Black Series. It is capable of producing around 517 PS (380kW/510 bhp). The gearbox will be the MCT seven-speed transmission, while other modifications include a modified suspension setup and carbon ceramic brakes.
