All V6 models will come standard equipped with an all-wheel drive system.
The Genesis G80 will enter the 2022 model-year with a slight price increase. The price of the 2022 G80 is $48,000, which is $300 less than the vehicle from the previous model year. The base model comes with a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine. In the entry-level trim it sends power to both the rear wheels and the section.
The most affordable all-wheel drive variant starts at $51,150. While the most expensive, 3.5-liter V6 powered version starts at $63,450. The V6 option will no more be available with rear-wheel drive systems. This was the most affordable V6 system for the 2021 model-year.
Below is a table that shows pricing for all 2022 G80 models. These figures do not include the $1,025 destination fees.
The G80 Sport trim, which includes performance upgrades, is the most significant news. (See the links below).
The sports sedan is powered by a 3.5-liter twin turbo engine that generates 375 horsepower (279 Kilowatts) as well as 391 pound-feet (531 Newton-meters). The G80 Sport model only has Sport+ driving mode, which provides faster gear shifts and better throttle response. An eight-speed automatic transmission is the only option.
The 2022 G80, regardless of which model you choose will come standard with a 14.5 inch infotainment display, a comprehensive driver assistance system, and – like the V6 models – an all-wheel drive.
