We’re certain you’ve seen some horrendous interior detailing transformations as the interior detailing industry is growing. We are confident that the video below will surpass any other you have seen. Autoshine Cars‘s latest video takes a Ford Mondeo dog handler’s Ford Mondeo from a complete disaster to almost new condition.
The featured Mondeo was once used to transport dogs. It is hard to imagine a petrolhead creating such a mess in their interiors. Think dog hair everywhere, trash, dirt, and everything else.
The inside is a disaster, but the AutoShine Cars worker began to detail the exterior. It wasn’t total chaos, but it still needed some love. Exterior detail was pretty standard. Wheel cleaner, foam cannon. Only one thing stood out was to scrub the dirt-laden door sills.
The interior, or the elephant in the living room, was next. This vehicle was transformed after some satisfying vacuum time-lapse compilations. The interior was not finished with the vacuum. After removing most of the hair, every inch was steam cleaned and shampooed within a few inches of its lifespan.
After the interior cleaning, Autoshine Cars began to finish the exterior. The exterior and interior looked spotless after a little polishing and removal of tar. It was approximately 15 hours to finish the entire job, as you can see in the end.
We hope that none of us will be guilty of allowing our cars to go this far. However, we would love to hear about any detailing horror stories.
