It’s as easy as building it.
Jeep first revealed the Wrangler Rubicon392 in . However, still had questions about whether the Gladiator would be powered by a V8 engine. Although the company has not yet made any promises, a new interview with Brandon Grimus, Jeep Gladiator Senior brand manager, by Trucks shows that they are open to hearing what the Jeep community is looking for.
Grimus stated that many people and fans would love the chance to purchase a Gladiator pickup truck with a V8 engine. The brand acknowledged that customers were demanding a more powerful Wrangler and had already incorporated eighty cylinders. Jeep couldn’t ignore the demand and delivered the Wrangler Rubicon 392 to satisfy it. The Wrangler Rubicon 392 is a powerful Wrangler with a 6.4-liter V8. It produces 470 horsepower (355 kilowatts).
There are many aftermarket companies that will gladly pay outrageous prices to upgrade the Jeep’s stock powertrains to something more powerful, cylinders and sound. People will pay a lot to get what they want. Although it is only 1,000 horsepower, the Hennessey Maximus Jeep Gladiator costs $200,000 and was made in limited numbers. It’s clear that there is a demand for this model and Jeep wouldn’t be foolish to ignore it.
Jeep is yet to confirm if it will soon be launching a Gladiator with a V8 engine. Jeep is likely to continue listening to its customers for years. Jeep heard their cries for the Wrangler 392 or the hybrid-powered 4xe and responded. Jeep should offer a V8-powered Wrangler 392 and the Gladiator4xe, as well.
