Lamborghini renewed its partnership with Bologna Guglielmo Marki Airport for the seventh time. The Italian automaker also delivered a follow-me car to the airport, a custom Lamborghini Huracan Evo.
The Huracan Evo is a follow-me vehicle that will direct arriving and departing planes to the taxiway and parking apron. You won’t be able to miss a Huracan on the airport grounds. However, if you need visuals, take a look at the official images below.
The Huracan Evo Follow-me car, as mentioned earlier, is custom made for its job. The Lamborghini Centro Stile designed the livery, which features a checkered styling and is finished in Arancione Matt. This is the color used to maneuver aircraft in areas. It comes from Verde Turbine Matt, according to the automaker.
The Italian flag is highlighted on the exterior styling. The Huracan Evo, an airport worker is equipped with flashing warning lights as well as a radio that connects to the tower.
The Huracan Evo Follow-Me Car will replace its predecessor, a Huracan Evo with a more prominent Italian flag livery. Bologna has received many liveries from the Italian marque for its follow-me vehicle loaner. One of them was a bright yellow uniform in 2016.
Bologna Airport receives an Aventador as a follow-me vehicle in 2013. This is a big deal. It would be cool to have a supercar leading the commercial flight you are on.
