2022 Hyundai Palisade Redesign Previewed In Unofficial Renderings

The brand’s new corporate grille design is now available for the SUV.

As the corporate cousin of the Kia Telluride, the Hyundai Palisade was introduced for the 2018 model-year. The SUV’s three-row design features the H grille. However, recent Hyundai introductions show that Hyundai has adopted a new design language. It’s nearly time for Hyundai’s Palisade refresh . This SUV will be available in 2022.

Kolesa.ru, our friends, attempted to show you what it would look like by creating a pair of renderings. The brand’s new grille design was incorporated by the artist. This complex setup is cleverly concealed in the sleek grille design. The artist altered it to fit with the Palisade headlight units that are located in the lower bumper.

To make the artist’s rendering possible, the new face will require a new bumper and hood. This is within the scope of a mid-cycle overhaul. When the new SUV arrives, we should only expect a few new body panels. The rear changes are harder to see, but the rendering shows it with a new lighting design at the taillights. Hyundai will likely place a greater emphasis on the front, in order to make it look like other models.

Hyundai has not yet revealed the date for the Palisade’s redesign, but a May investor presentation suggested it would be arriving in 2022. Although we have not seen any prototypes in testing, that doesn’t mean Hyundai won’t be surprised. A redesigned Palisade should continue to be a strong selling model for Hyundai. Some styling changes could make the car look more appealing and attract new buyers.
