It doesn’t matter if someone is older.
This video is a great example of “don’t judge a book from its cover.” It shows an older man wearing a baseball cap and glasses driving a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. He’s more than happy to take part in street racing against two men in a Corvette.
They are enjoying a Corvette ride when a black Challenger Hellcat pulls up beside them. Because of his modest appearance, the drivers make it seem like there is no chance of them racing. The Challenger driver accelerates and things get more complicated. They line up again once traffic is lighter.
However, the ‘Vette is not in danger. The Chevy can keep up with Hellcat in low gears for a while, but the Challenger pulls away every time. However, the Corvette’s crew has a lot of fun trying to win. Warning: There is some explicit language.
The video does not give a clear view of the Challenger driver until the very end. The real reveal is when the cars make a turn. The Hellcat driver looks around 60 years old and soft-spoken. He doesn’t look like someone who would street race in his muscle car during the day.
The Challenger driver finishes the drive by giving a burnout, waving the rear end of the muscle car. It was a great way to say goodbye the Corvette guys. Age is just a number. A person can still have fun, no matter how old they are.
