McLaren 600LT Spider MSO Revealed in Geneva

The Senna-inspired interior features the Senna seats.

The McLaren 600LT Spider is given some attention by the McLaren Special Operations customization group, which gives the car a more striking appearance. The Geneva Motor Show will see the model’s debut.

MSO covers the 600LT Spider in Dove Grey. Napier Green accents create a contrast between the sides of the machine and brake calipers. They also appear on the tips and ends of aerodynamic components such as the front splitter or rear diffuser’s wings. To apply the green color, the customization division uses a new method that first applies the shade to a flexible, light film and then attaches it to a panel. The same technique is used by the company on the 720S GT3 And 570S GT4 Race cars. The retractable roof of MSO Bespoke’s Carbon Black Shade adds visual texture.

Special 600LT Spider also has satin-finished carbon fiber pieces from MSO, including front fender louvers. The 10-spoke forged wheels of the division are used for this machine. They have a gloss black finish.

The inside has more Napier Green on the seat stitching, and the 12 o’clock spot on the steering column. Carbon fiber is used to decorate the doors inserts and the sides of the tunnel. The lightweight and highly bolstered seats of the Senna supercar are for the occupants. A headliner in Alcantara is added to the retracting roof. MSO also inserts the emblem 600LT into the accelerator pedal.

MSO does not include the powertrain of the 600LT Spider. The engine’s output is routed through a seven speed dual-clutch gearbox. It produces 592 horsepower (442 Kilowatts) as well as 457 pound-feet (602 Newton-meters). The roadster can reach 60 mph (96 km/h) in 2.8 seconds, just like the hardtop.
