BMW M2 Competition – 850 HP BMW M2 Competition unleashes its fury on the Autobahn

Too much power for its own sake?

The BMW M2 Competition machine is quite powerful even in its stock form. It is powered by a 3.0-liter inline six engine that produces 405 horsepower (302 megawatts) and can reach speeds of 155 mph (250 km/h). This is what the car can do from the factory.

BMW’s S55 engine powers the M2 Competition. It can produce impressive power levels if you know how to use it. The video shows how the M2 Competition engine can produce 850 horsepower (600 kW) almost twice the factory output. This video shows the full potential of HC-Performance’s team.

The driver of this M2 Competition hot hatch unleashes its fury at speeds up to 186 mph (390 kph) in an unrestricted area of the Autobahn. The car can accelerate from 50 mph (80 km/h) with incredible ease.

We’d like to point out one thing. It’s insanely fast, and it does everything at a high speed. However, it seems like it’s bouncing around and going sideways at high speeds. The video shows that it isn’t very stable at times and even makes it unsafe to drive. Perhaps some modifications to the suspension could make it more stable.

This is a fast BMW that we have seen on the Autobahn in the past few months. If it can survive the Autobahn’s intense runs, it will be interesting to see how the M2 Competition performs at the drag strip.
