The model will become a Scoot Networks member and be available for rent in San Francisco. To book a ride, users must join Scoot. The model can be rented for $8 per hour or $80 per night. The Nissan New Mobility Concept/ Scoot Quad, which is basically a rebadged Renault Twizy electric car, has a range 40 miles (63 km) and a top speed of 25 MPH (40 km/h).
