You can choose from a V8 engine or a hybrid-assisted version of the V6.

Bentley Flying Spur S, the latest addition to the brand’s line of sporty trim packages, is now available. The Goodwood Festival of Speed will feature this sedan from Thursday, June 23 to Sunday, June 26.

The Flying Spur S has black trim on the grille, lower fascia and side inlets. It also features mirror caps, window surrounds and rear bumper accents. Tinted lenses are used for the taillights and headlights. The front fenders are adorned with an S badge

There are many options for buyers. A 22-inch model has five Y-shaped spokes, and you can choose between a gloss black or Pale Brodgar Satin. A 21-inch version has a tri-spoke design with a mixture of gloss black or bright machined metal. No matter what choice you make, red brake calipers are available.

There are two options for interior seating: a fluted design or a quilted one. There are a range of leather colors available for buyers. Each headrest features the S emblem in embroideries. The instrument panel design is the same chronometer-inspired as the Continental GT Speed. The S badge is also available for illuminated treadplates.

Two engines are available for the Flying Spur S. The Flying Spur S is available with a twin-turbo V8 of 4.0-liters that produces 543 horsepower (404 kilowatts), and 568 pound feet (770 Newton-meters). The sedan can reach speeds of 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.0 seconds, and top speed is 198 mph (319 Kph). The sedan comes standard with a sport exhaust.

To counteract body roll, the powertrain features the Bentley Dynamic Ride system. It can apply up to 959 lbft (1.300 Nm). The sedan can also benefit from four-wheel steering, which turns the rear wheels at 4.2 degrees.

A hybrid-assisted, 2.9-liter twin turbocharged V6 engine is also available. It produces 536 horsepower (400 kW) as well as 553 lbft (750 Nm). This powerplant can propel the sedan to 62 mph in just 4.1 seconds. It can also cover 26 miles (41 km) with only electric power.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed will also feature the Flying Spur S and the Bentley Continental GT S as well as the GT Convertible S. The event’s hillclimb will feature all three models.
