The Geneva showcar is now sporting an Arctic White livery and blue carbon accents
There are many reasons for supercar fans to be excited about automakers adopting electrification. Numerous zero-emissions vehicles have been announced with impressive technical specifications. Rimac revealed the C_Two almost a year ago in Geneva, and now they’re ready to unveil the insane electric hypercar with a new paint job.
The C-Two at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show is Rimac’s way to tell us that everything is in order. It is dressed in Arctic White and has exquisite blue-tinted carbon fibre body elements. The prototypes of this electric beast are already in production. The Croatian marque suggests that powertrain improvements will be implemented in customer-spec production cars in 2020.
The interior of the showcar’s cabin is breathtaking thanks to the combination of matte carbon fiber and petroleum blue for the leather visible on the doors, seats, steering wheel, steering wheel and the central armrest.
Rimac won’t give any details about the powertrain upgrades, but they say they are working on them. This electric powertrain is powerful enough to sprint from 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 1.85 seconds. The 0-186 mph (0–300 kph), takes only 11.8 seconds.
The Rimac C_Two is capable of traveling for 550 km (342 miles) per WLTP, or 650 km (442 miles) according to NEDC.
It will be fascinating to see how Rimac improves these already impressive specs. We can look forward to seeing the beautiful Geneva-bound showcar, which will be on display from tomorrow.
