The GTI Rabbit Edition won’t offer more power than the standard Golf GTI. It currently uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 220-hp (164 kW) for its motivation. You can pair the engine with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed dual-clutch automated transmission. We expect the GTI Rabbit Edition will be available with both.

The pricing and on-sale dates for the 2019 GTI Rabbit Edition have not been revealed. We are certain Volkswagen will be able to move every Golf GTI Rabbit Edition produced, despite the production limit of 3000 units.
