A series of suspension and aerodynamic updates are included with the upgraded AMG V12 motor.
It is hard to believe that the Huayra was launched in early 2011 and here we are celebrating its tenth anniversary with Pagani. The Italian supercar marque presents the Pacchetto Tempesta (Storm Package), for the Benny Caiola version .
The new version of the V12 engine, which is already powerful, has more than eight percent more power thanks to the AMG 6.0-liter engine with two turbochargers. It was unveiled during Monterey Car Week. The engine now produces a staggering 815 horsepower and 1,100 Nm (811 to 1 foot) of torque. It is powered by a brand new exhaust system with six tips that match the Bugatti La Voiture Noire’s six tailpipe arrangement.
The Huayra, which is limited to five units, offers exactly the same horsepower and torque as the original engine. It’s not just about installing custom exhaust and upgrading the engine. The Pacchetto Tempesta has also been modified to include aero adjustments. The aero kit includes a new rear wing and integrated central fin. A reworked front splittingter is also included.
The latest HuayraBC has a new air intake and a tuned suspension that promises better comfort than the “regular” Huayra. Pagani has also developed a new Soft Driving mode. While details are not revealed, we can assume that it loosens the suspension for a smoother ride.
The Huayra BC Pacchetto Tempesta and one of the 40 Huayra Roadster BCs will be joined at Laguna Seca by one of these 40 Huayra Roadster BCs . This vehicle also has a six-tip exhaust system. Pagani will show key components of the track-only Huayra R, which is the (maybe ultimate expression) of its supercar.
