Ford Bronco Badlands looks bad to the bone on 37-inch tires

Beefy tires are meaty.

The wait for the first Ford Bronco reservation holders has been almost a year, but production has begun and models will finally be heading to dealers. This is a long time to consider various tire/wheel upgrades. However, this Town and Country TV video answers a question that we suspect many Bronco owners are asking. Can 37-inch tires fit under an off-roader? Yes, it will. But there is more.

This may not surprise some people, as the Bronco Already comes with the Sasquatch package, which gives you 35-inch tires. Although 37-inch tires are not a significant step, this video shows a Bronco Badlands model. Without This package. Standard here are 33-inch tires. The Sasquatch package also includes a 1.2 inch lift that removes the wheel well crash bars at each end. This video shows you what is possible with all Bronco models in terms of tire and wheel combinations.

The video shows some 35-inch options for tires with different widths and offsets before we jump into the 37-inch rubber. It is interesting to note that the first set of tires hits the crash bars at the wheel well while turning. These bars can be easily removed, which is apparently why they are removed directly from factory-equipped Broncos with Sasquatch. The 35-inch tires on 17 inch wheels cleared everything with the bars removed, but it is close. Sasquatch’s extra 1.2 inches of clearance makes a big difference.

The 37 inch tires are finally installed and barely clear all obstacles in the rear and front wheel wells. Clearance is very tight at the front. The video cannot recommend 37-inch tires daily as even the slightest suspension travel could cause contact. They fit even when the front wheels are turned at maximum lock. The spare tire carrier is not compatible with the front wheels. Because the taller tire reaches the third brake light, it will not fit. You will need to either carry the spare in the same size or upgrade your rear light if you wish to.

You could also wait for the Bronco-Warthog Raptor, which will arrive on the scene with 37-inch tires. The vehicle will have an upgraded suspension and more power.
