2023 Chevy Corvette Z06 Exterior Revealed Before Oct 26 Debut

Where is the big wing?

On October 26, the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 will be revealed in full. Chevy gives us an early glimpse of the performance Corvette’s exterior design. It also shows off the mid-engine Corvette, which has a more aggressive design. Chevy’s latest reveal shows the coupe disguised in camouflage, often with a huge rear wing.

The absence of the big wing lends credibility to the idea that the big wings will be an optional performance package. However, the Z06 should still have plenty. According to Chevy, the car uses a 5.5-liter V8 engine with a flat-plane crankshaft. It also has dual overhead camshafts. Chevy photographed it with the new Z06. It is the same engine that was used in the C8.R racing car. It could generate 617 horsepower (460kilowatts). Tremec-sourced transmission will transmit power to the wheels.

Chevy’s latest photo gives us a clear view of the car’s exterior. It shows a new fascia and unique wheels, as well as other minor changes. The hood’s leading edge is now new with a revised grille opening and tweaked intake designs. There’s also a more aggressive front splitter. The rear quarter panels have been updated to improve the design of the side air intakes. A new sill piece has been added. Unfortunately, we are unable to see the rear. However, spy shots suggested a new bumper design and quad exhaust pipes.

We’ll have all the details within a month after Chevy unveils the 2023 Corvette Z06 Z06 on Tuesday October 26. As the reveal date nears, Chevy will likely share more details about the Z06. We don’t yet know much about the powertrain and interior changes coming to this high-performance model. However, we expect no major interior upgrades. The Z06 is being called a 2023 Chevy model. This likely means that the car will not arrive on dealer lots any time soon. Chevy will make the announcement about the model’s availability in the fall.
