You will find unique wheels and special branding as well as other upgrades.
Renault had earlier this year announced that the Twingo would be saying goodbye to its current generation. Although we are not sure when, the company did not say. Renault will offer at least one additional special edition model before the Twingo is gone. Urban Night is available in both the all-electric and the combustion engine versions. It’s currently only available in France.
The special-edition Twingo can be ordered starting today. However, the package is entirely visual. The model is available in four exterior colors from Renault: Cristal White (Quartz White), Moon Grey (Moon Grey), and Diamond Black (Diamond Black). Standard features include 16-inch dark glossy alloy wheels and white-hot stamping on front grille. For some extra pizzazz, the mirror shells read “Urban Night X” in bold letters. Unique branding Urban Night branding is also available in both light and dark colors. The C-pillar branding is available for no additional cost. The Premium Pack includes markings on the roof and rear doors.
Renault has added “Urban Nigh X” branding to its dashboard. Interior upgrades are as simple as exterior. The vehicle also gets unique door sills, and a glossy black dash trim. There are a few special features to the seats, including black upholstery with white accents. The seat backrests also have branding. This special edition model includes navigation, rearview cameras, wireless charging, and navigation.
Renault does not specify when deliveries will start, but Twingo Urban Night can be ordered starting October 5. The package costs EUR17,300 (at today’s exchange rates, 20,060), and includes VAT for the gas-engine version. For the all-electric version, the price rises to EUR26.650 (30.903) As the company prepares for the Renault 5 to replace it, we expect this Twingo special edition to be the last. The company had previously previewed the concept as an early 2021 model.
