A full-sized Toyota Land Cruiser was ordered by the United Arab Emirates Toyota dealer. It was made out of Lego. The design and assembly of the large SUV took 12,688 hours.
Lego Land Cruiser is 194.9 inches long (495.05 cms) and 74 inches tall (188 cms), just like the real thing. The plastic vehicle is 4,519 pounds and weighs in at 2,050 kilograms. The Land Cruiser with the twin-turbo V6 engine of 3.5-liters weighs in at 7,121 pounds. 3,230 kilograms).
Andy Barratt (managing director of Al-Futtaim Lexus, Al-Futtaim Toyota) stated that the Lego Land Cruiser will “bring out the child in us all as well as delight our loyal Land Cruiser fans and LEGO lovers across the UAE.”
From 15th November through 15th December, the Lego Land Cruiser is on display at Dubai Mall. It is worth visiting if you are there.
The new Land Cruiser will not be coming to the United States. However, Americans are getting the Lexus LX600 which is almost identical, except that it has a more luxurious cabin. The 3.5-liter V6 produces 409 horsepower (305kilowatts) as well as 479 pound-feet (649 Newton meters) through a 10-speed auto.
The LX600 F Sport trim adds a Torsen Limited-Slip Differential and modified suspension tuning for those who want more off-road capability. It is equipped with 22-inch wheels.
