Hot Wheels’ New Batmobile 1:10 Scale RC Car Looks Amazing

You can even see a Batcave garage, and even a Batman moving behind the wheel.

A new Batman movie is on its way, you may have heard. It is called The Batman and will be in theaters March 2022. The new Batmobile is of particular interest to us. It has a gritty, postapocalyptic look compared to other extravagant vehicles. It’s been shown in trailers but Hot Wheels has given us a Batmobile to look at from all angles. It’s even possible to drive it.

Drive it means to control it remotely. This is a 1:10 radio-controlled Batmobile by Hot Wheels. It is incredibly detailed! The headlights and amber light in the grille work, as well as the red taillights at its back. There are various degrees of weathering and minor damage to the body. The V8 engine is extremely detailed and exact to real life, down to the plug-mounted coils. Although the afterburner doesn’t look like something you would see in real-life, it glows and emits mist on this model. This is so freaking cool!

It’s not as cool, though. Interiors of RC cars are rare, and they rarely have one. There are many gauges in the dash, and a prominent shifter is visible on the console. The console has a roll bar and fasteners on the floor. There is even a knob in the glove box. The best part is that the Dark Knight himself sits in the driver’s chair, steering the car as it turns and changing the gears between forward and backward. Hot Wheels claims that this car isn’t RC, but a movie prop. We agree. You even get a Batcave display, which is also very detailed.

It looks great for Batman fans but will cost you a bit. The new RC Batmobile will cost you $500. Pre-sales open October 20.
