Sometimes, there are polarizing commercials that aim to offend the sensibilities of people. These ads are meant to communicate a strong message and they work well in their primary goal of being noticed. One of those commercials is the Chrysler advertisement, which features the Pacifica Hybrid. Kathryn Hahn (“Bad Moms,” “We’re The Millers”) is back with the video. She was in a previous Pacifica Hybrid commercial that you might enjoy the chuckles. This time the ad is simple and not for sensitive audiences. Hahn was seen in a 30-second spot (behind the top) where she asked contestants why they didn’t drive hybrids. Hahn was on hand to answer the questions and provide facts about the pricing and range for the minivan. Hahn revealed the correct answer. It basically stated that people don’t drive hybrids because they suck. It’s so simple, and Hahn made it hilarious – at least for us.

Chrysler offers a quick explanation of the video. “With this campaign we take a direct, light-hearted approach in giving our audience answers to some most frequently asked questions about hybrid ownership,” stated Marissa Hunter, Head Marketing, FCA-North America. Kathryn Hahn said, “I was able to fulfill my dream of becoming a host of a game show and help customers understand the many benefits of owning hybrid vehicles.”
