2020 Toyota Yaris Adventure Is Part Truck Part Sedan, All Fake

It boasts 103 horsepower, making it the most powerful subcompact vehicle ever made.

Toyota will introduce a new vehicle on the first day in April. The Japanese company has also revealed an open-top HiAce Bus for the Australian market earlier in the day. Later this month, they will unveil the Yaris Adventure at the 2019 New York International Auto Show.

The rugged, small vehicle is said to answer “question that nobody ever asked”. It has the appearance of a small two-door pickup that should capitalize on the growing small crossover class. Toyota claims it is creating a new segment called the subcompact pickup segment. This segment was not really there before because “no one realized that they needed it.”

The cabin is designed to hold two people and has storage space behind the seats. The marque decided to eliminate the rear seats because it was “determined that no one really wanted to sit back there anyway”.

Toyota is excited to announce this product, a senior executive from the company who chose to remain anonymous said. “We are constantly listening to our customers, and responding to the market. This one is a market problem. We have not had one customer request a truck like it.

Toyota explains that the Yaris Adventure’s cargo bed can hold 297 pounds (135 kg) of golf clubs. It is only two seats, so it makes no sense.

The new Yaris Adventure is the only subcompact truck in its segment. It has 103 horsepower (77 kilowatts) as well as 112 pound-feet of torque (152 Newton-meters), which comes from a 1.5-liter four cylinder engine. The new AWD system is used to drive it.
