It’s the right time to move to Japan if you love green Camaros.
Japan Camaro fans rejoice! Chevy has announced plans to bring the 2020 Camaro’s frontend redesign to Japan. Chevy also revealed a Japan-exclusive Heritage Edition Camaro, with a special paint scheme and limited production.
Chevy now offers a limited-run Heritage Edition Camaro if you don’t like the regular 2020 Camaro . Chevy claims that there are 100 Heritage Editions available with 30 LTs and 20 Convertibles as well as 40 SSs. The Heritage Edition Camaro comes in an exclusive Rally Green Metallic paint that is accented with white hood stripes. The Heritage Edition Camaro will be available for order by Chevy Japan starting January 10, 2020. Delivery is expected the following summer.
Customers will pay 5,650,000 Yen for the cheapest LT RS Camaro Heritage Edition, or approximately $51,610. You can upgrade to Heritage Edition Camaro SS, but you will have to fork out 7,480,000 Yen (or $68,325). An American LT RS Camaro costs $26,740, while an SS Camaro costs $34,995. This is what you should remember next time you complain about American car prices.
Japanese buyers no longer need to worry about buying a Camaro with polarizing frontend designs in 2019. Chevy has announced that refreshed 2020 Camaro models will be available. The 2019 Camaro caused quite a stir when it was first unveiled. The design of the Camaros is a subject matter, but Chevy received so many complaints that they quickly changed their front end for 2020. This new front end was unveiled by Chevy at 2019, rather than waiting for major auto shows due to the urgency.
Should Chevy bring the Camaro Heritage Edition over to America?
