Abt Unveils the RS6/S and RSQ8/S with up to 730 HP, Tuned suspension

For a more aggressive look, the tuner can also fit carbon-fiber bodykits.

ABT Sportsline is a leading name in Volkswagen and Audi tuning. The firm’s newest offerings are the RS6/RSQ8/S. They give the RS6 Avant, RSQ8 , and RSQ8 a significant boost in power and a more aggressive look. They will arrive in mid-January 2022.

Both the wagon and crossover use the 4.0-liter twin turbo V8 with ABT Power S* performance upgrades that boosts the output to 691 horsepower (515 Kilowatts) & 649 poundfeet (880 Newton meters). You can get 730 horsepower (544 kW) or 679 lb-ft (692 Nm) as an additional improvement.

The ABT Level Control is used by the RSQ8S to adjust the air supension. Comfort mode drops 0.98 inches (25 mm) from the standard ride height. Dynamic drops 0.59 inches (15 mm).

New springs drop the wagon by 0.98 inch (25 millimeters), in front, and 1.18 inch (30 millimeters), at the back. The new anti-roll bars have been revised to reduce pitch and roll on the move.

ABT can also fit a carbon fibre body kit, which includes a front splitter that has RS6S or RSQ8S branding to match the respective models. The company also installs a stainless-steel exhaust at the back that exits from four 4.02-inch (102-millimeters) diameter tailpipes.

The door opens to reveal a new sill trim, shift knob with visible carbon accents and an ABT stop switch. The company also offers carbon fiber covers to cover the dashboard and seat frames as an upgrade.

The RS6S has 22-inch wheels and the RSQ8S has 23-inch. If the buyer plans to drive the models in cold weather, they can get ABTGR winter wheels in the same sizes.

Both the RS6-S or RSQ8-8-S packages cost EUR42,000. Plus installation at a certified Abt dealer. Both kits are available for reservation now.
