Audi does not offer this model unfortunately.
Audi updated the A8/S8 sedans earlier in the month with a new face and minor styling tweaks. Audi is yet to offer a high-performance RS8 in its luxury line-up, but it has previously offered one. X-Tomi Design created an RS8 with no hope of a real RS8 from Audi. It’s fast and fun to drive.
Audi widened both the A8’s grille and the S8’s. This tweak can be seen on the RS8, where a large, intimidating black expanse occupies the space between the new headlights. The new S8’s grille features the same sporty mesh design. However, the front fascia is different. The lower section now houses a sporty lip spoiler, which flows into aggressive triangular intakes on the bumper’s outsides. These intakes replace the A8’s vertically-oriented ones.
The sedan is lower than the . The extended flares sit tight over the low profile tires. The side skirts are thinner and flow down to the rear bumper. This appears to have been reworked. The sedan’s high performance transformation is completed by new wheels, an RS badge and a black roof. Unfortunately, we cannot imagine the powertrain it would use. With 563 horsepower (420 Kilowatts) as well as 590 pound-feet (890 Newton-meters), the S8 is no fool. A proper RS8 might make a little more.
Audi is unlikely to offer the RS8 any time soon, particularly as consumers continue to buy SUVs and crossovers . Audi is also working on new electric vehicles. This is not an easy task financially. Audi is not losing out on many things, as BMW does not offer the M7. These high-performance duties will be left to other models in the lineup. Although the RS8 looks like a high-performance Audi model it will remain a dream for now.
