Dodge gave their SUV a new instrument panel and the highest-spec models have a larger Uconnect touchscreen. Dodge isn’t done yet, as they are working on something for the 2022 model-year.
Dodge will soon add another trim level to its Durango lineup. The R/T Plus is a luxury trim that adds tech and technology features to the Durango’s sporty model. The R/T Plus builds on the GT Plus model’s success. The automaker may have decided to offer the R/T more money because of the success of the GT Plus model.
What does the R/T Plus offer SUV buyers? This is a safety and tech upgrade that’s more important for families who use the R/T Plus to transport their children. The R/T Plus comes standard with active safety systems such as Blind-Spot Detection and Forward-Collision Warning -Plus, Adaptive cruise control with stop function, Advanced Brake Assist and Lane Departure Warning -Plus.
