Many people associate the Lamborghini from the 1980s with the legendary Countach. But, during the same decade, there was also the Jalpa created by Bertone. This is the last production unit before Chrysler pulled the plug on declining sales.
A V8 3.5-liter engine produces 255 bhp (191 kW) at 7,500 rpm, and 225 Lb-ft (305 Nm) at 4,000 rpm. The power is channeled to the wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. The Jalpa is 3,329 lbs (1.510 kg) and takes six seconds to reach 62 mph (100 km/h). It then reaches 145 mph (234km/h).
This black Jalpa with a targa-topped targa has been driven only 25,378mi (40,840km) and recently received newer front wheels, as well as revisions to the exhaust manifold, and ignition wires. It has black leather seats with tan door panels, carpets and carpets inside. It was owned by a car mechanic, who kept a bundle that included the car’s original warranty booklets and a parts manual.
