The panoramic glass roof panel allows for a lot more natural light to enter the cabin.
The Hunter Nature Raptor XC, an intriguing travel trailer has an extendable rear section which increases living space without making a customer purchase a larger rig. When the slide-out section is fully articulated, the camper looks somewhat like the dinosaur.
The extendable section increases the sleeping area by extending it from 15.7 feet (4.8m) to 22.6ft (6.9m). The standard procedure is to remove the section manually. An optional electric motor can be used to slide it out using a remote control.
The exterior and interior panels of the Raptor XC are made from aluminum with insulation between. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light and there’s a panoramic glass panel on the roof measuring 3.35 feet (102 cmimeters) x 5.18 feet (558 cmimeters).
Hunter Nature knows that camping is a way to enjoy the outdoors, so the trailer rides on BF Goodrich All Terrain tires for off-road traction. An air suspension can be added to the standard suspension.
The interior features a kitchen with a sink and a two-burner stovetop. There is also a refrigerator that holds 19.81 gallons (75 liters) of liquid. The table has an L-shaped seating area. This area can be converted to a second bed measuring 2.95 feet (90 cm) by 6.23ft (190 cm). The bathroom includes a toilet, shower and sink.
The Raptor XC features a 31.7-gallon (120-liter) fresh water tank as well as a 26.42 gallon (100-liter), waster water tank. The roof has a 160-watt solar panel and a 120-amp-hour battery.
Hunter Nature does not yet have pricing information or availability information for the Raptor XC. North American sales are unlikely as the company is based in Germany. The company plans to display the trailer at various German RV shows throughout 2022. More details may be available from these events.
