These photos only show minor adjustments to the front end.
Dodge has already teased a new hood for its Challenger SRT Hellcat. New spy shots also indicate that Dodge has tweaks in the works for the Charger SRT Hellcat. Although the changes are limited to the front, they appear to have significant styling modifications.
The new Charger Hellcat’s lower fascia seems to be more squared off for corner intakes (above right) and the new center section seems slightly taller. The sedan’s upper grille appears more angular, and runs directly across the front. These spy photos only show the LED running lights at the top of headlights. This could indicate that Dodge’s camouflage is doing a good job concealing them.
The exterior of the Charger has not been altered in any way by this test mule. The updated Challenger Hellcat teaser photos show the front with a new hood (below). It is possible that there will be more changes. This part could be removed by Dodge’s design team when the Charger is driven on the streets.
Dodge plans to provide more information about the new Challenger SRT Hellcat in the summer, including the release date. The Charger Hellcat should be available for purchase around the same time it arrives on the market as its two-door counterpart.
