Czech Republic is a beautiful nation. Although Czech Republic is known for its beautiful cities, delicious food and excellent beer, there’s something else that this country may have. Safari Cup is a remote-controlled rally racing, which they call it.
Road rally racing is an interesting motorsport. It is hard to beat the adrenaline rush that comes with driving through dirt, mud and twisties. This is why motorsport has been around since 1911. There have been many rivalries between carmakers who continually beat each other in World Rallycross Championships.
Remote-controlled cars, on the other hand are just as fun for adults as they are for children. These cars are not only expensive toys. There are actually RC car racing tracks all over the globe, so it can be considered a motorsport.
Imagine combining both of these in a race track with tight turns, rough terrains and huge hills that can make cars leap, much like rally races. You must also run with your RC car instead of using only first-person-view cameras. This is what the Safari Cup is about.
It’s really cool to see these guys race their RC cars. This eliminates the boredom that comes with sitting down and looking at the FPV monitor. Although some might find it tedious, we disagree. We all need to get out of our comfort zones and do some exercise.
The best part about the Safari Cup RC cars is that they look real. Popular WRC names such as the Subaru Impreza WX, Ford Focus and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution are all present in this lineup. Skoda, the Czech Republic’s marque, will be present in the Safari Cup. We find it pretty cool.
