Someone attempted to fix the SUV’s cluttered rear end.

The Aston Martin DBX looks great. Its muscular appearance is a refreshing breath of fresh air in the ranks of premium and/or high-performance sport utility vehicles. The rear end is the problem.

We are not saying that the rear of Aston Martin’s first production SUV was bad. However, we think it could use some improvements to make it more visible and busy. Alastair Meredith is the Motor1.com reader.

What’s the solution then? The performance-high-riding machine was simply redesigned with the DBS rear end – we dare to say that it is one of Aston Martins most beautiful modern cars. The SUV’s design is perfectly complemented by the wide LED strip. It also allows for more space in the rear, which solves the visibility problem.

“I was sure there is someone out there who doesn’t like the Vangate rear of the DBX. With that in mind, I decided to take one of their pretty rears, the DBS (granted, the Vantage rear looks great – on the Vantage!). Alastair explains that he applied the DBX to the DBX in order to tone it down and give the rear more visibility.
