It is sleek and modern inside as well as out.
Pininfarina worked hard over the past few years to develop, in partnership, with Hong-Kong electric automaker Hybrid Kinetic Group and introduce EV- and hybrid concepts. The H600, and HTML500 concepts have been revealed by the automaker. Pininfarina will unveil the K350 SUV Concept – an entirely electric vehicle at this year’s Beijing Motor Show. Although we’ve already seen a teaser of the SUV’s design, this is a complete look inside.
Pininfarina has created a seamless design that flows through nearly all of its concepts. The K350 features HK’s signature grille. It is made of vertical slates and flows to connect the narrow-slit headlights. The lower fascia is similar to the H500, which was also unveiled in Beijing this week. The rear hatch has a large taillight arrangement that runs from end to end. The roofline flows towards the rear hatch. It looks strong, with the body line running down the side almost touching the roofline before dropping back to the taillights.
The interior design is absolutely wild. The front seats seem to be floating, and are connected only to the central console. The rear seats can be separated into two pieces, with the seat cushions attached to their respective armrests. The car also has seatbacks that are connected to each other. The rear seats also receive a digital centre console screen, just like the front. The dashboard flips over to hide the infotainment and instrument cluster screens. They appear to be one screen that spans the width of the dash.

The SUV’s electric motors can produce power of 403 horsepower (300kilowatts), which can take it from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.7 seconds. The top speed is 155 mph (250 km/h). There were no details on the range.
Pininfarina is no doubt keeping herself busy. The company has been working with Hybrid Kinetic Group on contract work, but it is also developing its own electric supercar that will be available in 2020. Pininfarina should be around more if the company continues to work with other companies, as it is likely to do.
