F8 Tributo’s evolutionary styling features new headlights, and improved aerodynamics. These changes are subtle until you reach the rear end, where the most striking and attractive changes take place. Quad taillights are back on the F8 Ferrari mid-engine V8-powered Ferrari. They haven’t been on this car type since the F430 (and even then, they barely qualified). This car’s heritage is not limited to this. Ferrari has a long tradition of using clear engine covers for mid-engine vehicles. The F8 Tributo’s Lexan cover features three slats, which serve as a nod to the F40. Although it’s subtle, subtle touches are often the best when it comes to cars.

The F8’s powerful engine is less subtle. It was taken from the Pista and still produces 720 horsepower. The engine also generates 568 pound-feet torque. This allows the car to sprint to 60 in just 2.9 seconds. That’s just a fraction slower than the Pista which takes 2.85 seconds. Ferrari has not yet released any details, so we don’t know the F8’s top speed. However, the Ferrari 488 Pista can reach 211 mph. This should ensure that the Tributo will easily surpass 200 mph.

We still don’t know a lot about the Tributo beyond these details. Its price is one of those details, and it will be expensive. We suspect that the Tributo will arrive in early next year and we’ll be able to pay whatever Ferrari charges.
