Only 250 examples of the Ford GT are built each year. It’s not surprising that celebrities, long-time Ford fans, and the very wealthy were given most of them. Tim Allen, who falls into the first most category, has made it clear on social media that the Ford GT is his. Jay Leno and Dario Franchitti join him as celebrity owners. Jack Roush and John Cena are also in the list. John Cena was trying to sell his supercar soon after he took delivery.
Allen posted a short video detailing his new GT from top-to-bottom on YouTube. Allen called it his “silver spaceship” after he finished it in an Ingot Silver paint job without heritage-style stripes. As with all Ford GTs, Allen’s example looks great and sounds great.

A 3.5-liter biturbo engine V6 delivers power. The output is 647 horsepower (482 Kilowatts) with 550 pound-feet (746 Newton meters) of torque. The GT can sprint up to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.0 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 216 mph (216 km/h).
