2022 Subaru WRX Prices Starting At $30,100. Nearly $43k for GT Trim

The price includes a $995 destination charge

The Subaru WRX will be the fifth generation of road-going rally cars. The model debuted in September 2021 to mixed reactions. Now, we have official pricing information for the entire 2022 WRX family. These figures will affect the opinions of WRX enthusiasts and buyers about the new model.

The price of the 2022 Subaru WRX starts from $30,100. This includes a six-speed manual transmission and a turbocharged 2.4-liter four cylinder engine that produces 271 horsepower (349 Newton-meters). This is a $1,680 more than the previous model, which had 268 horsepower. The starting price for the Subaru Performance Transmission (SPT), which is automatic, rises to $31,950.

These prices include a $995 mandatory destination fee. Subaru warns that the destination fee could be different in each state.

The WRX GT is the top-of-the-line model, starting at $42,890. This new trim level is available in 2022. It offers what Subaru calls “near-luxury refinement” with a variety of standard equipment, including an automatic transmission and Eyesight driver-assist technology. This WRX is the only one to have electronically controlled dampers and rides on 18-inch wheels.
