The Shelby GT500 versus Corvette Convertible video looks exactly the same. However, the Grabber Lime ‘Stang belongs to YouTuber Tim Burton (also known as Shmee), while the Vette is held by Texas tuner Hennessey.
Shmee’s GT500 has been posted by YouTuber just last month. The Auto Tempest helped him to locate the GT500 configuration. The Carbon Fiber Track Package option is available, which includes the naked carbon fibre wheels, large wing, splitter and wickers, as well as rear seat deletion. We don’t have much information about the Corvette Convertible. However, we think Hennessey is benchmarking the sports car and then tuning it further.
You probably know which sports car won the race after seeing the results on several occasions. Although the Shelby is more powerful than Corvette, traction plays an important role in the drag racing results. The supercharged V8 will blow the C8 out the water at Midway.
