For a man of immense size, this car is a huge vehicle.

Shaquille O’Neal is a huge dude. It doesn’t take a huge Cadillac for that to be understood, but it is clear to see him riding in the back of a classic Caddy. As he makes his way through the big Formula 1 Texas race, the retired NBA star occupies the entire back seat of this stretched, roofless limousine. One must ride with style as he is the caretaker of the race trophy. Texas-style.

This is why the crazy-horned Cadillac was chosen to take part in F1 trophy ceremonies. It’s certainly large enough for the 7’1″ pro basketball player. The trophy was presented by Shaq at the end of the 2021 US Grand Prix. It took place in Austin at the Circuit of the Americas. After last year’s cancellation of the race, F1 returned to America this year. According to our sources, Shaq was well-received by fans and anyone else.

The sports legend stood almost as tall as Max Verstappen, race winner, on stage for the trophy presentation. On the second-place podium, he was ahead Lewis Hamilton. Sergio Perez finished third.

Verstappen started the race on the pole, and held off Hamilton in the final laps to win. The unofficial winner of the event is however, however, because of the slewof Shaq memes and tweets about Hamilton’s larger-than-life presence at the event, he is considered an unofficial winner.

Although Shaq may be talented in many areas, it is safe to say that this is his closest chance to being on the podium of F1 to win a race. One of his legs may not fit in the cockpit of an F1 car, let alone the rest. We suspect that he is just enjoying being with the crowd, judging by his smiles and handshakes throughout the ceremony.
