This is what the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Production Bicycle Will Look Like

The latest 350 is expected to arrive in the summer. Rumours are flying.

If you don’t remember, think back to June 2020. Although there was much going on, do you recall Vinod Dasari (then-CEO of Royal Enfield) talking about Enfield’s bold plans for the future? Dasari stated at the time that Enfield would release a new bike each quarter for the next three- to four years. This is roughly 12-16 bikes.

Enfield has been very busy since then with the new bikes. The Meteor 350 and Classic 350 are already in production. There was a long and complicated lead up to their official introductions. So far, each of these models has been very close to the rumors once they were officially launched. We’re going to be discussing the Hunter 350. Will this pattern continue? Let’s hope so.

The Indian publication BikeWale claims it has obtained leaked design information as well as additional information about Enfield’s new bike. It’s powered by the 349cc single-cylinder, air-and-oil-cooled engine (349cc) found in the Classic 350, Meteor 350, and Hunter 350. The power output is expected to stay the same at 20.2 horsepower at 6,100 RPM and 19.9 lb-ft at 4,000 RPM. The five-speed gearbox will also remain unchanged.

The Meteor 350 was a cruiser and the Classic 350 a retro-styled bike. The Hunter 350 is Enfield’s sportier, naked version. The Hunter 350 is sleeker and more modern than its 350 predecessors. It has a retro-modern roadster appeal. This styling is logical, since it’s lighter and more accessible than the 350s in the Enfield lineup.

Details are not yet available. The Hunter 350, if true, should have a lighter weight and a lower seat height than the other 350s. It will also be the most affordable of the three 350s. According to BikeWale’s information, the Hunter 350 will cost between 1.3 lakh and 1.4 million rupees, or approximately $1,667-$1,795 if you convert it on June 14, 2022.

This bike is designed for riders who want to upgrade from smaller displacement bikes (think 125s or 150s). Although no one from Enfield has yet ridden the Hunter 350, the engine and frame should be identical to those in the 350s. The Classic 350 was very capable of handling low speeds, congestion and stop-and-go traffic, as well as tight space maneuverability.

The torque of the 350 mill is very pleasant from very low revs, which is exactly where you need it for commutes. The Hunter 350 is a great choice for novice riders who want to improve their skills and confidence.

According to rumors, the Hunter 350 will launch in India in July 2022. It could also be available in other markets after that. Although we will always be cautious about rumors, we look forward to the Hunter 350’s official details.
