Mercedes announced the AMG sport package to both the CL-Class and S models in an effort to keep them fresh before they move on to their next generation.
AMG’s 19-inch light alloy wheels are included in the toy set. They come with 5-spoke AMG-designed wheels, which have 255/40 and 265/40 front and back tires, respectively. You can also choose 20-inch wheels in twin-spoke designs and with 255/35 or 275/35 tires. The new perforated brake discs are marked with Mercedes-Benz letters and come with silver brake calipers.
The exterior of the AMG package includes a front apron featuring large air intakes as well as a rear skirt with rectangular, stainless-steel exhaust tubes that are integrated into the black insert.
The interior of the cabin features a wood-and-leather combination, which is also used on the black Ash steering wheel. The Velor floor mats are also available with AMG lettering.
AMG packages are available on both the S-Class standard and long wheelbase versions, as well the CL 500, CL 5004MATIC, CL 500, CL 500 4MATIC and the E-Class Coupe/sedan, and the C-Class models. The starting price for the package is 5831 Euros, while the fully-equipped package costs 7973 Euros in Germany.
