The series will premiere in November.
Top Gear is returning for its 31st series. A new trailer gives a glimpse at the automotive action viewers can look forward to. The show’s recipe is comedy and cars.
Freddie Flintoff and Chris Harris are seen in the trailer driving in an Alfa Romeo and Aston Martin to the British GP at Silverstone. Antonio Giovinazzi and Sebastian Vettel are greeted by the guys. Lando Norris drives for each team.
The three cars Top Gear bring are not evenly matched so we doubt that they will hold a race with F1 drivers. We are eager to see the show’s future plans.
Another clip features a trip overland where the men take off-road camping trailers. The men attempt to use a cassette toilet and take a shower. Naturally, the scene turns hilarious.
A few images show classic British cars being taken on a trip from Britain to Iceland. Rallying and off-road drag racing are some of the highlights.
The second segment is more mysterious. The driver holds a milk carton, while the passenger holds a small box. He then pours the contents all over the cabin.
There are also hints at future segments in the trailer. You can see people going down hills in giant rubber balls, called zorbing. You can also do stunts using flying motorcycles and cars.
This clip features the Lamborghini Uracan STO and right-hand-drive Chevrolet Corvette C8. Aston Martin Victor also make an appearance. DeLorean DMC-12, Lada Niva and other classic vehicles are also featured in this clip.
The company USwitch.com has a contest to see all 236 episodes of Top Gear over three months. This is a reasonable amount of episodes per day.
