Rumours continue to swirl about a Toyota Supra receiving a GRMN high-performance variant. Japan’s Spyder7 claims that the model produces 533 horsepower (397kilowatts).

According to Spyder7, the more powerful Supra will only be available with a seven speed dual-clutch transmission. Standard form of the GRMN is rear-wheel drive, but it could be available with all-wheel drive.

According to reports, the GRMN Supra will get a hood that has a scoop to cool the engine. A more aggressive front fascia would be added. Carbon fiber is used for the roof and rear wings.

According to this rumor, the Supra could arrive in 2023. Pricing would begin at 10 million yen (or 80,812 at the current exchange rate) in Japan.

Rumours concerning the GRMN circulated for many years. Many of these rumours suggest that the hotter model would use a BMW S58 powerplant. The older reports claim that the mill would be powered by 503 horsepower (375 kW), similar to the M3 or HTML4.

According to other reports, will soon be available with a six speed manual for the six-cylinder. It is possible that the three-pedal layout will be available in 2023 models.
