This year marks the fourth anniversary of the Lamborghini Urus. The Italian automaker has already begun planning for its mid-cycle renewal. The SUV’s 2021 update will be larger, but this latest batch of spy photos continues to show off a familiar Lamborghini..

Lamborghini gives the Urus the standard facelift protocol, a revised front fascia. Lamborghini has not tried to hide the new SUV’s face. The grille will be given new horizontal elements. The Urus will also get new headlights and a redesigned hood.

The rear will be redesigned by the automaker, with the Urus Evo getting a new bumper and reshaped rear vents.

Although we haven’t been inside the new model yet, we expect Lamborghini will make some changes. We don’t know how much Lamborghini will make inside.

All indications point to the Urus Evo, which will be powered by the current 4.0-liter twin turbocharged V8. It produces 641 horsepower (479 Kilowatts) as well as 628 pound-feet (848 Newton meters) of torque. It’s possible that Lamborghini will modify it to make more power. The SUV’s current speed is 6.2 miles per hour, which is 100 km/h. The Urus Evo might be slightly faster. The eight-speed gearbox will continue to be available.

However, there are some hints that a hotter Urus Evo is in development. We’ll need to wait until more information or a leak. We do know Lamborghini intends to electrify Urus at some point but that could change with the next iteration. We’ll instead see a hybrid Urus as Lamborghini plans to offer all models with some type of electric assistance by the end 2024.

Lamborghini has not yet announced when the new Urus will be revealed. The redesigned model was first seen in testing early 2021. We hope that the debut is near as there are indications it will debut at this years Pebble Beach, before going on the market before goes on sale before 2023 begins . It’s May already, but there is still plenty of time in 2022 to make things happen. A redesigned Urus would certainly be a plus.
