Mercedes-Benz just unveiled the GLC, a new model with an evolutionary design and two models available in the United States. Although it doesn’t look all that different, it is a continuation of the C-Class and the major tech upgrades it brought. Although we don’t yet have a launch date, we do know that a coupe-SUV version of the vehicle is in development. We will soon see it in its full glory.

You don’t need to be an expert on cars to see the new coupe-SUV. It is largely inspired by the GLC. We have not yet had the opportunity to see the new GLC Coupe so the image is based solely on the GLC.
The attached images show that the GLC Coupe will likely follow the design of GLC, from the front fascia up to the B-pillar. With a sloped roofline, and possibly a small spoiler, the rear end will see the most design changes. The two models will be identical mechanically and visually.
The GLC, like the C-Class, is only available with engines up to four cylinders. The GLC 300 4Matic and GLC 300 4Matic in the United States come with a 2.0-liter engine. It produces 258 horsepower (192 Kilowatts) as well as 295 pound-feet (405 Newton-meters) respectively. The integrated starter-generator system adds 23 horsepower (17 kW) to the total power output and provides 148 lbft (200 Nm), of torque enhancement. A nine-speed automatic gearbox is standard on both AWD and FWD models.
The new is slightly larger than the predecessor, with the same width and slightly wider tracks. The interior and cargo space will be improved by the same dimensions for the GLC Coupe. The new GLC Coupe will be fully revealed by the end of the year.
