This Camaro-styled cart is the best way to make a splash on the course.
The Camaro will likely get an electric version as we move towards an electrified future. Rumours of a Corvette EV have been swirling on the Internet. It is not unreasonable to expect a pure-electric Camaro someday. Chevy does not have one for sale, but Caddyshack has an electric Camaro. There’s a catch. This is a Camaro-style golf cart that has been officially approved by General Motors.
Camaro Fifty comes loaded with everything you need in a golf cart: headlights and taillights, rearview mirrors, horn, and more. The 48v AC Drive electric motor delivers power to the massive 14-inch wheels with the bowtie emblem. It tops out in 19.5 mph (31 km/h). The Camaro is also smaller and has a removable windshield. It also comes with a sweater basket, and a attachment for a golf bag. The body and canopy have been painted with PPG. The overall design is reminiscent of the Camaro SS’s aggressive front fascia, splitter and other features.
We are not fans of the Camaro-like styling, but Caddyshack has other options. They offer a Ford Mustang-like golf cart, a Shelby Cobra version, and other products with a more modest appearance.
To get pricing details, you will need to call them. But we must warn you that these are not cheap. The online inventory has a 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium golf car for $18,995, and a 2016 Ford F-150 Raptor for $15,489. They are both electrified. However, some other golf cars can be purchased with a Kawasaki gasoline engine.
