Although it may be on its way to retirement, the outrageous Porsche Cayenne Turbo S remains a formidable force to be reckoned. Stuttgart’s SUV, which is the fastest SUV on the Nurburgring circuit, also boasts a biturbo V8 that makes it one of the most powerful in its class. This turbo-stripped Turbo S celebrates the tuneer’s 30 th anniversary. It has been tuned to produce a massive 720 horsepower (529 kW) as well as 678 lbft (920 Nm). It has more torque than the Cayenne Diesel Turbo S, which just recently set the record for pulling a heavy aircraft after towing an Airbus A380 285-ton Airbus A380 .

By tweaking the turbochargers and upgrading the exhaust system and installing a sports filter, the V8 gasoline engine produced an extra 150 horsepower (110 kW) as well as 88 lbft (120 Nm). To match the extra power, the tuner also adjusted the oil and water lines.

The high-performance SUV can go from 0-60 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.8 seconds. This is 0.3 seconds faster than the Cayenne Turbo S equipped the Sport Chrono Package. TechArt’s new gem can reach 193 mph (311 km/h), while the regular version is limited to 176 mph (284 Kph).

The engine is just one part of the story. Porsche’s large SUV has undergone many other modifications. For some bits and pieces, a more aggressive body kit can beef up the Cayenne. It is also possible to have it in carbon fiber. A few of the new body panels can also be used to cool down the internals. The two-tone cabin is complete with many goodies made of carbon fiber and leather.
