Its square shape is in line with the photos that were leaked last year.

This is the first look at a vehicle that many off-roaders eagerly await. It’s kind of expected, since this will be the first “Bronco”, Ford. It’s not the larger Jeep Wranglerfighter but the smaller, so-called “baby Bronco” that should be based off the Ford Escape. We suspect that the square-shaped passenger was taken by surprise as he pointed towards the camera.

We were also told that this small sighting was possible. SUV Could be called Adventurer. This is not confirmed by our spy sources. We searched for trademark filings. Found an affiliation with Ford and Adventurer It was listed as ending in the 1990s. However, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is impossible to find the answer. We didn’t discover the fact.
Jeep Gladiator’s Name until just before it was officially revealed. Also, we know Ford trademarked Scout so maybe this could be a Scout Adventurer. Adventurer Scout? You are just an Adventurer? The future will show.

These crisp images are available for us to review. It looks very similar to the leaked baby Bronco image we saw last year. The body is quite chunky and the rear doors are slightly up-kinked. The roof appears to be covered with cladding, which could hide roof rails and obscure the SUV’s rear slope. The grille and headlights are curved at the front. This is also consistent with the photo that was leaked last year.

This is important because Ford demanded that we remove the leaked image from a copyright claim. We agreed, and the company’s actions basically confirmed that it was the real thing. The rendering shown below is quite accurate, but the prototype above is a good match.

The powertrain is still unknown at this time, but it will be based on the 2020 Escape. We expect to see some carryover components. This means either a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine producing 180 horsepower (134kilowatts) and a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-pot producing 250 hp (186 kW), which will turn all four wheels at a higher ride height than the Escape.

Ford promised a Bronco reveal in 2020. We believe that this Adventurer or Scout will be the one to lead the way next year.
