The F90 BMW M5 sports sedan is among the most powerful ever made and can easily compete with the most elite sports cars on today’s roads. The M5 is a very heavy luxury sedan. However, it’s a powerful weapon at the drag strip thanks to its twin-turbo V8 engine and quick-shifting all-wheel-drive system. Evolve’s tuners thought they could improve the F90 M5 by adding a powerful tuning package that raises the F90 M5 to the level of supercars. We don’t think so. Maybe this carwow drag racing will convince you.
The F90 BMW M5 Competition Sports Sedan has a 4.4-liter twin turbo V8 that generates 617 horsepower (441 kW) as well as 553 lb/ft (750 Nm). The engine is fed by an all-wheel drive system and an 8-speed manual transmission. The BMW M5’s robust drivetrain can accelerate from 0-60 in less than 3 seconds. It can also run quarter-miles in 10.9 seconds. This particular BMW M5 now produces 800 horsepower thanks to an Evolve Tuning complete bolt-on kit that includes air intakes, exhaust and tune.
The Ferrari488 Pista supercar is Ferrari’s best mid-engine vehicle. It is Ferrari’s most track-focused mid-engine vehicle from the 488 series. Ferrari’s most powerful V8 engine, a 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 that produces 710 horsepower (530 kW) and 568lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque makes the 488 Pista Ferrari’s flagship supercar.
